About this collection

This collection documents the public life of Clement J. Zablocki, who represented Milwaukee's south side in Congress from January 1949 until his death in December 1983. Many of the photographs show Zablocki with presidents, visiting heads of state, and other VIPs. Also included are portraits and photos documenting election campaigns, speeches, and overseas trips.
